Designed with the planet at the heart, environmental sustainability is embedded in the development of Graylingwell Park to help protect our beautiful environment for generations to come. With a host of onsite amenities and ongoing support from the Community Development Trust, helping save the planet will quickly become second nature. The overall carbon neutral solution is based on two main elements, photovoltaic roof panels and a combined heat and power plant. Some eco-highlights from our low energy design strategy include:
