Graylingwell Park scoops two top What House Awards

The Graylingwell Park Partnership is celebrating after scooping not one, but two prestigious awards at the What House Awards, hosted by comedian Hugh Dennis, at the Grosvenor House Hotel last week.

Graylingwell Park won a Gold Award for 'Best Sustainable Development' and picked up Silver for 'Best Brownfield Development'.  It was also a great day for the partnership behind the scheme - Affinity Sutton won a Gold Award for 'Housing Association of the Year' and Linden Homes won a Bronze Award for 'Housebuilder of the Year'.

Peter Youll, managing director of Linden Homes Guildford, comments: "We are absolutely delighted to have won two more awards for Graylingwell Park - I truly believe these are testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved."
