not in a position to be able to buy a home outright with Linden
Homes, you can buy through our Part Buy/Part Rent schemes. Here's
how you do it:
- You should live or work in the Chichester area, and priority
will be given to HA or LA tenants
- Complete an application for with the local HomeBuy agent or

You will need to have access to £3,500 savings to cover buying
