Help me buy a home (Linden Homes)

Once you've decided that you'd like to be a part of Graylingwell Park and buy a home here, your dream can soon become a reality if you are in one of these positions:

• Your current home is under offer
• You're a first time buyer
• You'd like to buy a home with cash
• Buying a home doesn't depend on the sale of your current home
• You'd like to explore the option of part-exchanging your current home

Once you've decided to buy a home here there is a simple process to help you buy:

1. Payment of £1000 deposit to secure your home
2. Get in touch with solicitors. If you choose to use our recommended solicitors, Pitmans, we will pay your £450 + VAT conveyance fee, however you will need to pay your own disbursements.
3. You will speak with our friendly mortgage people, NHMH, for a financial assessment.
4. Exchange of contracts will take place within 28 days of the reservation with a 10% deposit. To help you achieve this goal we'll keep in regular contact with your solicitor and mortgage brokers.

Important: any incentives that you are given will be withdrawn if your exchange deadline is not met.
